Abstract

The investigation entitled THE MANAGEMENT OF THE RECOVERY AND COLLECTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE RISK INDICATORS OF BANECUADOR IN THE FACE OF THE HEALTH EMERGENCY OF COVID 19 presents difficulties that are evident within the operational collection departments for the granting of credits, however, there is the administrative and operational infrastructure. management to incorporate operational and management plans that prevent the deterioration of the portfolio and, failing that, reduce collections that may affect the institution's balance sheets, risk management indicators, among others. The methodology used in this qualitative-quantitative research requires the logical historical method, which will allow the recognition of data and behaviors that can be analyzed; and then the results will be tabulated in order to propose alternatives for continuous improvement that respond to the Design of a Strategic Plan for portfolio recovery in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.-This work seeks to diagnose the effects that could occur in BanEcuador BP's liquidity, risk, and delinquency indicators, among others, and at the same time propose an effective recovery plan through payment solutions, seeking the correct profitability of the resources delivered to clients; In addition, the corresponding strategies will be proposed to guarantee the continuity of the business; balancing the sustainability of the portfolio as a productive asset with optimal management of maneuvers.-The methodology bases its approach on a qualitative-quantitative and descriptive way, it intends to demonstrate through historical-logical, inductive, deductive methods and analyze and interpret the data obtained . Through direct observation and interview.
