Analysis of factors associated with Burnout Syndrome in the Nursing staff of Technical Office 9 of District 09D08

Abstract
Within occupational health, the appearance of a syndrome called Burnout arises. This is a reactive situation in face to prolonged exposure of stress, which can be exhausting exhaustion, a feeling of cynicism, and a feeling of ineffectiveness. Therefore, this study wants is to establish elements associated with Burnout Syndrome in nursing staff of 09D08 Health District through an analysis of surveys applied to professionals to prevent the appearance of work stress in the area. The methodology used presents a cross-sectional study, with descriptive and correlational analysis of the data obtained.
A sample was defined as all the nursing personnel from Technical Office 9 of District 09D08, where the “Maslach Burnout Inventory” survey measured their factors and frequency of development of Burnout Syndrome. The results indicate that the staff presents emotional exhaustion as the main risk factor, due to the long working hours to which they are exposed. It is concluded that nursing personnel present risk factors within their profession, which can trigger a burnout syndrome, altering their physical and emotional state.
