Abstract

Companies are facing great challenges caused by the pandemic, such as changes in commercial formats and the implementation of business strategies that adapt to these new systems. SMEs play a leading role not only in the economy but also in the well-being of each individual. The growth and development of SMEs depends directly on the skills and abilities of their workers for the implementation of strategies. On the other hand, the people who make up these organizations expect incentives in return that allow them to satisfy their needs. The objective of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture as a competitive source in the strategic management of SMEs. A bibliographical review will be carried out in articles related to strategic planning and organizational culture. The results are related to the development of the organizational culture and how it affects the business management of SMEs; aspects such as communication, innovation and technology to improve competitiveness.
